1. Who We Are

944Fest is a registered trademark of 9Fest, Inc., a for-profit company organized under the laws of the State of Florida. We operate in the spirit of a member-supported social and recreational club for owners, enthusiasts, and fans of the Porsche Transaxle cars and related vehicles.

All proceeds from merchandise sales and event activity fees are reinvested directly into club operations, member events, and community initiatives. Everything we do is in service of the 944Fest family.

All content, logos, designs, graphics, photographs, and imagery appearing on this site are the exclusive intellectual property of 9Fest, Inc. or are used with permission.

2. The 9Fest Family - Membership

Being part of 944Fest / 9Fest starts with membership, and membership is free.

You can join in two ways:

• By purchase: Any purchase through the 944Fest Store automatically enrolls you as an active member for 24 months from the date of purchase. 
• By request: Email us at membership@944fest.com with your name and a note about your interest. No purchase required... ever.

Membership is non-transferable and is associated with the individual who enrolls. 9Fest, Inc. reserves the right to approve or decline membership requests at its discretion.

By enrolling, whether by purchase or email, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.

3. What Membership Gets You

Active 944Fest / 9Fest members enjoy:

• Official recognition as a member of the community
• Access to member-exclusive communications, newsletters, and announcements
• Priority access to event info, announcements, and pre-sales
• Eligibility to participate in 9Fest club events (via shared activity fee)
• Member discounts and special offers as made available
• Connection to a passionate network of fellow Porsche 944 enthusiasts

4. Membership Duration & Renewal

Membership is active for 24 months from the date of enrollment or most recent qualifying purchase, whichever is later. It renews automatically with any new purchase through the 944Fest Store.

Email members can renew at any time by emailing membership@944fest.com or making a store purchase.

9Fest, Inc. reserves the right to modify membership benefits, duration, or terms with reasonable notice.

5. Cancelling Your Membership

You can cancel your membership at any time by contacting us through the Contact page or emailing membership@944fest.com. Upon confirmation, your membership will be deactivated and communications will stop.

Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of any amounts previously paid. 9Fest, Inc. may also revoke membership for violation of these Terms or conduct deemed harmful to the club community.

6. Events & Shared Activity Fees

All events are exclusive to active club members. Participation is a benefit of membership — not a public or commercial offering.

Any fees collected for event participation — however labeled (registration, entry, etc.) — are shared activity fees among club members. These fees cover the cost of organizing and hosting club events, and all revenue is reinvested into operations and future events.

By paying any event activity fee, you agree that:

• You are an active member at the time of participation
• The fee is a shared club activity cost, not a commercial admission charge
• Activity fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by 9Fest, Inc.
• Event schedules, venues, and programming are subject to change without notice

7. High Performance Driving Experience (HPDE)

On-track HPDE participation is available exclusively to active members and is subject to a separate shared activity fee in addition to the general event fee.

All HPDE participants must sign a separate liability and assumption of risk waiver before any on-track activity. 9Fest, Inc. reserves the right to deny HPDE participation to any individual at its sole discretion — including for safety or conduct reasons — without refund of the activity fee. HPDE fees are non-refundable once participation has begun.

8. Intellectual Property

944Fest, 944Camp and all associated names, logos, slogans, event names, trade dress, and branding are proprietary to 9Fest, Inc. and protected under applicable trademark and intellectual property law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, or otherwise use any content from this site without the express written permission of 9Fest, Inc. Purchasing merchandise does not transfer any intellectual property rights in the product's design.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 9Fest, Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or participation in 944Fest events or activities. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid in connection with that specific transaction or activity.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Florida.

11. Accessibility

We're committed to making our gatherings and websites accessible to everyone. We strive to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards across our digital presence. If you encounter any accessibility barrier, please contact us and we'll work to assist you through an alternative means.

12. Changes to These Terms

9Fest, Inc. may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of this site or active membership following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
